Hi. 6 years ago I lost my husband suddenly to myeloma. He had a massive coronary due to complications.  Although we knew his time was limited it wasn't expected that quick. I grieved and had counselling at the time then tried to move on with my life as I knew that was he would have wanted.

Last week my 80 year old mum was diagnosed with likely lymphoma, we're waiting for the biopsy results and all of a sudden I've become a nervous wreck! I feel like I'm in a constant anxiety state. My GP has had to increase my  antidepressants and give me something for anxiety.  I've never felt like this before.  Is it ptsd?
