Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

We are big cat lovers…we had 11 at one point! Last year our last old girl was unwell, and though she recovered with treatment we knew she might not be with us much longer.
So we got Nyx who was just a kitten, and then we did lose our Lily, so I was glad we’d got her. We’ve had a few all back cats-they are always last to be adopted at rescues but we love them.
Lots of pet lovers here in the group, and I love to see the pictures everyone shares.

I’m not too fussy..red, white or rose are all fine by me! That lage glass of white will give you something to look forward to after your treatment’s done.

I do like a 0% G&T. Not quite as much as a proper G&T but it's good for a mid-week summer drink in term time and for now.
I did once try zero alcohol wine. Yuck! I got it from Waitrose so was expecting good things but it was acidic and the next day my stomach was really unsettled. Horrible! Felt worse than if I'd drunk proper wine but was driving so couldn't xxx
