Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Me too!
I live close to the school where I work and cannot go out without seeing someone I know from school. Of course they know I'm not there right now and the head has said just off for hospital treatment. No one thankfully has asked me how I am which I'm grateful for and I still have my hair with my chemo so far so there's no clues. I am getting out but I'd prefer to be a bit more anonymous! xx
Absolutely. When me and my wife go on a walk, we'll cross the road to avoid someone we might know. The other day I thought I recognised someone in the distance and we hid behind a bush, only to find it was a total stranger. I think the person thought we were crazy, which isn't far wrong to be honest.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
