Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

A cat trotted ahead of us from the car park of Tesco’s into the store and straight into the cat food donation bin.I only managed to get a photo of its tail as it disappeared into the bin.I noticed last visit that they have put a cover over the bin so perhaps it’s a regular visitor. It certainly knew where to go.Jane x
Brilliant!! On the news today there was an article about an otter who had crept in to a store, kipped out of sight under a shelf all night then had breakfast in the dog food aisle before it was noticed when staff opened the store. In Scotland, I think. The otter was carefully taken back to its natural habitat by animal welfare experts.
Wow that would be a sight to see.We have a few cats fairly locally who have become stars in their areas for spending all day in various shops. There is one that spends all day in a charity shop. It’s there waiting for the staff to open up in the morning and leaves when the shop closes.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
