“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Glad to hear it went well Julie.
We had a lovely wander around Canterbury, it was really quiet. We went to Zizzi for lunch and were the only ones in there for ages, when we left there were only 6 other people in there. We then went to one of our favourite bars for a coffee and again were the only people in there. Even Poundland was deserted!
The weather has been glorious, it was good to feel the sun 
We're enjoying a bottle of wine atm while listening to Now That's What I Call an Era 1978 - 1985 on Spotify, so it's singalong a scousebird
