Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Starting immumaphy on monday.it is to be given at home . I have had 4 lots with chemotherapy so hopefully won't react to it my sister is still asleep funny .as always glad you and your oh are as well as expected have a nice rest this afternoon sending you hugs
Least they are giving it at home, and less hospital time and travel too. Hope you are having a good weekend too x
Thank you sweetheart. It's good to hear your treatment's going well and a bonus you'll be able to have the immunotherapy at home. No traipsing back and forth to hospital can only be a good thing!
Carry on taking things in your stride and maybe follow your sister's fine example of getting some sleep - something a few of us here could do with! As always, warm hugs coming your way xxx
I am busy doing nothing .still have to go the hospital every 2weeks to have bloods and picc line cleaned .been running around making sure everywhere is ship shape forThe visit
I must admit, I'm struggling to get my head round where the messages go! Scan all done now. I had the full body done as it looks like myeloma. I can't believe I managed to stay still for 30 minutes! Not feeling too tired today thankfully. Meeting consultant on Monday so will try to relax until then. Thank you for all your lovely replies xx
