Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Cancer is a hard gig. But I know you’ve got this. Have faith in your team and let us know once you’re out the other side.
All the best to you.
Oh Megan, sweetheart, I don't know how to help with what you're coping with, as I'm not a doctor, but I can assure you that everyone here will have so much support and love for you.
Has your palliative team given you guidance on your doctor's expectations, and are you in the care home now? Wherever you might be, please ask for support and voice how you're feeling right now as I hate to think you might be alone. Please post here whenever you like and we'll talk to you.
Sending you big hugs and strength my lovely xxx
