Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Fuuu! I kept getting sucked into stuff but I am back!!
Here ... more sticky
to be awarded as needed. So many talented bods.
Gill H I attempted crochet when I joined my craft group and could not believe I could not get my hands in the right place and didn't understand how awkward and clutzy I felt ... given I do other stuff with my hands. Anyway I stuck with it, just a hook and wool and doing my own thing and once I worked out how I wanted to hold the yarn and the piece and the hook, it clicked and I was off.
Of course it means I really don't follow patterns or instantly know what the stitch I am doing is called officially as I just hooked and wound this n that to see the effects.
How are you tonight?
Cheers
Hmmm speaking of I have reported common glitches and had a lovely 'thank you, passed to tech bods and please keep reporting'. I said I would ask others actually able to access the forum what their problems are.
Not sure if the tech bods would have thought of a crochet blanket solution cheers
Evening Shims
Surprisingly good today -;it can't last too much experience.
Yeh, my eldest is great at crochet, self taught like yourself, so well done. I did enjoy all the crafty stuff when I was at school and always top at art, but stopped bothering when I started working. I still doodle a bit but not really enough time now.
Aw a flat popped up this morning and it was lovely, but in a nearby village with one shop! And too pricey. Flip! xxx
Boo hiss! Ok I will get this over with... our pal Crutch, formerly Minger, viewed a property to rent today. Minutes walk away from us, other side of Aldi and looks like it's on. Previously he was moved out of the city as his emergency accomodation was needed by someone with greater need.
Cheers
It's rubbish when a place to live would be fabulous but there is a but! This is why we shouldn't view places we can't afford
Cheers
