“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Aw sorry to hear about your arthritis hon - I think many of us oldies are in the same boat with it.
Hope the paracetamol works quickly and that's another reason to rest and relax. Big hugs coming for you

Totally agree about Monday hon, but it will come and hopefully bring with it a sense of calm and peace afterwards.

Go to a different hairdresser, have your hair coloured if that's what you want.
Before I lost my hair to chemo it was silver, it came back blonde
