Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Afternoon Derek
Useless fact #2. I got married 8 days after you proposed to the future Mrs Excavator, 21st January 1978. My dad cleared a couple of inches of snow off the church path. I was wearing a paper thin bridal gown and impervious to the wind chill. I'm still the same way out almost 5 decades on.
The big car park near The Legs has gone now according to my lass, but the clientele remains the same. One of the videos I watched on YouTube was a spoof one promoting 'Come for a pint and a fight!' Sounds about right.
Besides The Legs vids there was a belter featuring a pub in Donny and the comments are hilarious. Rough pubs on YouTube is my new go to for cheer-up sessions.
Have a fab evening chief xxx
Evening Steve
Sorry hon, I can't pass on much advice but Sonia's is really good and a call to 111 could sort you out.
We can't have you sleeping in the car even if Julie's suggested it! Are you sure she isn't after a night off from your snoring?
Sorry lovely, best of luck from me too xxx
Thanks for the advice but for the last 6 years i have not been to the dentist then i had a very bad lung infection so i was in the grange hospital which is in cwmbran 5 miles from where i live and on antibiotics for 17 weeks so after 17 weeks i had to go and have 3 teeth out in the Royal Gwent hospital in Newport and i was told i can not go to the dentist I have to go to the hospital for treatment is that right
Steve, you might have a dental institute in your nearest city. They're usually attached to a hospital and specialise in the treatment of cancer patients.
Try and find out and ring them on Monday, but in the meantime call 111, tell them you're in pain and ask for their best advice xxx
