Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Sonia. I have one bedroom with wooden Venetian blinds which look nice but take ages to dust/de-cobweb even with a special twin head brush. My bedroom has a roller blind which I'm pleased with. It did not require any drilling to install and is easy to clean. Blinds with vertical slats always look classy. I considered them for the dining room which has French windows but curtains (£98) were much cheaper and easier to fit as the curtain rail was already there. Vertical blinds were a bit over £300 installed, a bit less if DIY. It's a similar sized window aperture in the front room bay but I don't want full length curtains as they totally obscure the radiator, restricting the heating effect when drawn. Curtains a few inches below the windowsill will be about £70. Every time I look at the ready made curtain options I select a different 1st choice, hence the delay until my decision making is more stable . Having no curtains is detrimental to my fitness. If I start waving my arms around or dancing with a zimmer frame, worried neighbours could see everything. I'd then have to fight off hoards of social workers and care home press gangs looking for new inmates. Ray xxx
Evening folks. Ooh auditions for Neighbours From Hell are underway it seems.
Cheers

I reckon we must be in with a great chance of making it to the screen!
Aw, I saw the news with footage of poor little Noah in a playground, shortly before he vanished. It's so sad for the little mite and his family.
My youngest girl's eldest son is autistic and when he was much younger she had to watch him like a hawk as he ran off a couple of times. I believe Noah was being assessed for autism, but don't know the ins and outs of what happened. It's really awful
One flat I lived in, only had two floors in the building and the view from the front window was open space into the distance ... where there was a castle! I was on the edge of a housing estate and only littler than usual single decker buses, mini-links, ran along the road outside and around the estate.
Scooting from the bathroom and into the kitchen via the living room one day, my hair wrapped in a towel probably being the most clothed bit of me, it was difficult to judge who was most bemused.
The living room window was wall to wall and I was looking at the many faces of the people on the upper deck of an uncustomary Double Decker.
Cheers
I am not up to date but it was reported he had autism and was partially deaf, wouldn't respond to name being called.
I believe he was with his grandfather who ran after him but couldn't keep up or fell or whatever. The personal recriminations will be utterly soul destroying.
Three years is young to have an official autism diagnosis but it may be obvious to those familiar with many ways in which it manifests.
Cheers
YES! Thankfully! Sheeeeesh! That doesn't 'bare' thinking about
Cheers
