I don't know how many people on here have had the wonderful pleasure of having an online chat with a Wonderful Lady called Johnty. I received the Sad News that she passed away Peacefully on Saturday evening. She was an Incurable Patient Member and would have a lot of input with everyone, in most groups. She was a Ray of Sunshine on a cloudy day and would advise everyone she could. She helped myself through my Late wife's treatment for S.C.L.C and several others she became Good Friends with. She was still taking time to message me when my wife passed away and has helped me through some Dark Times by just being Normal in her messages. I hope that Johnty has helped others like she has helped myself and another person I know of. Another Angel has Gone to Heaven.
Rest In Peace Johnty. Fly Free from Cancer and Suffering. God Bless
John

Hi everyone,
I hope you don't mind me posting here. Johnty's husband, John, has been in touch with us and has asked us to post the below message on his behalf.
I also hope you don't mind that I have replied to him with some of your well wishes, as I've no doubt it'll bring some comfort to see how much Johnty meant to this Community.
"I am the husband of Kim who wrote many articles and made many friends on the Macmillan Community forum, under the pseudonym of Johnty/Jane. It is with great sadness that I write to inform you that Kim passed away peacefully on Saturday afternoon 4th April. Kim will always be remembered for her kindness, wisdom and thoughtfulness for others, and will be greatly missed by all.
John"
Best wishes,
Ellen
