Hi everyone,
I'm new over here. Went for a free cancer screening with Bupa. With no symptoms at all, they discovered breast cancer :(
I've got my surgery on the 28th March, and then providing there's nothing more than was found on the biopsy I will start radiotherapy and hormone blockers
They also found a possible 2nd lump on the same side on my MRI. Currently too small to find on the ultrasound so they can't biopsy it yet. That will be re scanned in 3 months and delt with if needed at that point.
Currently very much feeling like people are talking about someone other than me, which is a very odd feeling. Such a rollercoaster
yes it is a rollercoaster, i am 3 years post biggest swings and info dumps, we can but take things as they come a tbh it still feels like its about someone else, but remember to breathe Hope surgery goes well you got this
BC in 2023, ER + PR- HER2-
