I'm 37 years old and halfway through my chemo for breast cancer. I was diagnosed at the end of Jan, and I have a ten month old baby. Just starting to think about my surgery - planning to have a double mastectomy with implants. I'm thinking over the muscle, and deciding between tear drop or round implants. I think I'm going to have my nipples removed and then reconstructed/tattooed. Just wondered if anyone had had anything similar? Any advice on type of implant and also the recovery time?
