Following the day 12 injection I woke in the night with awful pains in my lower back & legs. It felt like being in labour but with the added diasadvantage of legs that couldn't hold my body weight. Painkillers helped but I had a couple of hours not knowing how to relieve these symptons. Has any one else experienced this & could it be a one off or another side effect which I can expect to get after every injection?
Hi there,
Yes I experienced this but only after my first Docetaxel which was my fourth treatment it is pretty common.
I got it again after fifth treatment but not as bad. I did my injections at night but I’m not sure if it makes a difference or not.
Hope you don’t get anymore SE’s
Gentle hugs x
