Hi
So I was diagnosed with DCIS last May.
Is it correct in saying I had cancer ? I feel a bit fraudulent as it was caught very early , but they said it was high grade .
feel like I should have asked more questions .i had a lumpectomy and 5 days of radiation .
anyway on to my question .
I started take collagen when I was diagnosed , I felt it really helped with my sleep and anxiety not sure if this was coincidental .
I basically want some supplement advice on what I should and shouldn’t spend money on .
Thanks xx
Hi Satch76
That's great to read that the DCIS was caught at an early stage and that you've now finished your treatment.
I don't take any supplements but noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list again.
You might find this information from Macmillan on diet and food supplements useful to have a look through.
While you're waiting for replies, it would be great if you could put something about your diagnosis and treatment into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
