I had my first treatment on 30th August - I used the cold cap and so far been okay with my hair up until this past week. I have noticed a few more strands falling out each day and last night the first clump fell out. It was very upsetting and losing my hair has been one of the hardest things for me to come to terms with.
Can I ask how other people coped with this?I don’t feel I’m at the stage yet to shave all my hair off - I’m just not ready. At the moment, I can just cope with the strands falling out. I have bought a couple of hats for this and I think when I’m at the hospital, I will ask about being referred to have a wig.
