im so sorry if I don’t belong here. I have painful boobs! Both sides but my right side is much worse and there is a big mass. It is so painful first thing in the morning and I have been trying wearing a bra at night but it doesn’t help. Im worried it’s lymphatic, would anyone have any advice.
