Im new here, I've had my biopsy and scans etc, they have said its def cancer, but waiting for the treatment pals next week, its all happened so fast and Im feeling bit overwhelmed. They mentioned having a mastectomy and check before it to shrink the cells, they all sounds so scary!
Hi Soso19 getting a cancer diagnosis is very overwhelming and stressful. Generally most of us feel a lot better once the results are in a a treatment plan is in place. Waiting for that to happen is probably the most stressful part of the whole process but hang in there and you will get there.
Breast cancer is very treatable these days with very high success rates so try not to worry too much. There are lots of ladies on here who have been cancer free for many years.

Take it one day at a time and you will get there.
