Hi everyone, I’ve got a big decision to make. Lumpectomy with radiotherapy or single mastectomy with immediate reconstruction no radiotherapy. The reason is I already have implants in and they said the radiotherapy could cause damage to them. Any advice to help me choose. Thank you
