Post op lumpectomy

Hi guys so here we are covid crisis and diagnosed with breast cancer and had my lumpectomy and sentinal node biopsy friday. I now have a sloshing water sound where the tumour was is this normal. Im still waiting on receptor type just know its grade 3 !

Hi Noodles14 welcome to the forum.

This could be fluid build up which can happen and it may need drained so you should give the breast clinic a ring and tell them whats happening and they will likely want to see you as I said as this may need to be drained and worth getting checked out.

Ah thank you yes i tried calling them alot today to discuss but no answer so will try again first thing! Ill keep you posted.

Sometimes my BCN was quicker on email than on the phone. If you have an email address for them that might be worth a try?
