Hi Just17 welcome to the forum.
Do you have a temperature and have you checked this? A high temp can make you shiver as well as being cold.
Im not sure if its normal or not but maybe the best thing to do is to contact your breast care nurse or your GP and ask them to discuss this with you and they may want to see you in person.
