Hello all, feel sad to be on this journey, but nice to see support out there. I’ve recently been diagnosed with a HER2 positive cancer, which is hormone receptive and I also have Paget’s Disease. Anyone else with a similar diagnosis? I’ve just started the chemo and luckily wasn’t hugely affected by the first round of FEC (apart from hideous constipation!) Has anyone had Taxodere and Trastuzumab/Pertuzumab for the second bit of their treatment? Just wondered if it differed a lot to the FEC sessions? Sending out support to others going through this too.

  • Hi ya,  I'm sorry you find yourself here...but a big welcome to you.

My diagnosis was different to yours but i had FEC-T......T is different as in it can come with different side effects....for me the T part gave me achy legs and made my finger and toe nails tender....but nothing major.....all doable.

    Wishing you all the best
