Hi everyone. I’m 37 and tomorrow I go for my first appointment at the breast clinic. I have found a dent on my right nipple. I had breast implants in 2011 so this could be related but my aunt had breast cancer in her 40s and her aunt had breast cancer in her 40s also so I’m better being seen. Has anyone any experience of breast implants prior to a diagnosis and can anyone give me any advice for tomorrow?? I am terrified as you will all understand, and don’t know what to expect. I feel like my right breast is more “lumpy” than my left but I could also be imagining this as my mind is running wild. I don’t have much breast tissue (hence the augmentation) so I think I can only feel implant although I’m sure some of what I feel is tissue too. Sorry if I’m not making any sense. Thanks in advance.

Hi CB11 welcome to the forum.
You are going to exactly the right place to ask all these questions tomorrow as none of us on here have any medical training so personal experience may be the extent of what anyone has to offer at this point
They will be able to examine you thoroughly tomorrow and see if they can feel any abnormalities or indeed if this is related to the implants which is also possible.
Sorry not to have been of more help for you but please do come back tomorrow and let us know what they say for you and hope the news is positive and good for you.xxxxx
