Last week the breast surgeon smiling and telling me it was all out and good news etc I got referred to oncologist supposedly to set up radiotherapy referral but yesterday she had to deliver the not so good news that the post surgery tumour pathology results now give Grade 3 instead of the original biopsy results of Grade 2...
So now I'm waiting for Genomic testing of tumour to see chemotherapy risks versus benefits...
I'm trying to enjoy the break between appointments but I definitely empathise with the waiting my mammogram was end of August surgery early November Next step whatever that is ?? will be January ...
Did you get scan results yet ? any follow up appointments booked or are you just left hanging ?
I bet if you book a meal out, facial or something to fill your time then the appointments will start rolling in ...always the way !
