Now got fluid in the flat area, was advised to leave it till monday unless i am ill then a&e, why do breast nurses say contact us anytime but only contactable twice a week grrr

Sorry to here about the fluid. I was lucky with my BN, if I needed her she was available Mon to fri which was a big comfort in the early days. 2 days a week is no good.
