I think mixed feeling are very common. There are so many feelings and emotions on this journey. I had my surgery on Oct 20th last year and was home on the 22nd. I didn’t feel nervous I just wanted the bloody tumour gone lol.
I just thought of it as the start of treatment to get me well again, it’s one hurdle over, one step closer to end of treatment and getting my life back on track.
I understand how you feel but it’s good that you have your date and will soon be free of it. I was so scared when I had mine in August and Sept but I got through it and so will you. Thinking of you on your journey.
