I went this Monday to see my Oncologist,After 2 years of all clear of TNBC she told me with a cold heart that she can't do anything for me she said I had mets in my lungs,breast,kidney,liver.I had a tantrum and she was just sitting quietly.I just had a CT scan following a cough.But she didn't even offer more tests to make sure.While I was asking questions she was playing on the phone.
So not happy with this attitude contacted my friend in Germany and now I am in Germany where I had more tests and also ultrasound which I didn't have in the UK and I DONT HAVE any lessons anywhere.I am just waiting for the lung specialist because I was living in a fungi infested flat for 2 years.
So why I was told I am going to die and she can't do anything for me?She caused me and my family so much stress and also had to pay for the extra tests.Also here if you are a breast cancer patient they doing follow up mammograms and US scans every 3 or 6 months and not 1x year like in the UK because if it's more often it's easier to catch it in the beginning.
Just want to share this story if anybody have doubts please get a second opinion or see different doctor or hospital,it doesn't have to be abroad only make sure.
I am very disappointed I am not willing to go back to this Oncologist again but I am happy that she wasn't right.
