Hi!
After recently being told I have BRCA 2 faulty gene, I've met with 2 x gynaecologist's.
The second was very adamant that in order of risk reducing surgery, it would be mastectomy first then BSO (removal of tubes and ovaries) as HRT increases the risk even more for breast cancer.
Has anyone else had this advice? Would be interesting to know and appreciate anyone that can share their experience.
Thank you
