Hubby passed 3weeks ago , I'm lost, don't know how to feel.
Ok sometimes , then all of a suim anger that he has gone
So sorry to hear of your husband's death. Three weeks is a very short time: you need to be kind to yourself and try and get up every day and look after yourself. Have a shower, eat something (even if it's only Pringles and biscuits), and try and go for a short walk in the open air. What you're feeling is quite normal.
