Thought I would share as I found it helpful.
After months of looking, thinking about it and talking myself out of it I bit the bullet and joined an online grief group today.
I wasn't sure what to expect but it seems things have come to a head with not being able to express myself fully, apart from here. I found it really useful to connect to people 'in the know' in real time, more so than when I had attended a bereavement group previously, perhaps because it was themed rather than general chit chat and I felt heard.
Anyway the site is the loss foundation, they have lots of support.
It must have had an impact as I've signed up for another workshop which is quite unlike me to act so quickly with things like this.
