Today I ran my parkrun some friends turned up to wish me good luck I just wished my wife Jean was there to witness the achievement I did miss her so much ️️
She was with you, they never leave us. I believe they walk (or run in your case) beside us every day. I think my big man, my Andy is with me everywhere I go, sometimes I feel his presence stronger than others.
