I am staying with my step son this weekend they had friends over in the evening it started to get ho much so I camd up stairs and had a big cry after a bit I came down and felt a bit better
i feel your pain, yesterday my neighbours and I had a garden party. It was a lovely afternoon and evening but how I missed Rob. He would have loved it. My friend was with me and my neighbours were fantastic and made us both feel so welcome (i only moved here a short time ago).
all i can say is keep going, you will have grief stricken days, i’m 10 months in and still cry every day but I can see a glimmer of hope for the future.
