Hello John
its really not important is it ? We have all found different ways to get through Christmas. My Christmas dinner could well have been a bag of dry roasted peanuts, had my Son not invited me over for dinner. But it’s not just Christmas, I find my self struggling with most meals, Cod finger sandwiches work well for lunch or dinner. I have a freezer of frozen dinners, which takes a lot of the worry off. Discovered that Iceland frozen meals are quite respectable, so have tikka Marsala and madras more times than I really should.
we must be pleased with any achievements, how ever small they are.
keep safe and well
