Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone on this group has been to see or contemplated a visit to a psychic, medium, clairvoyant... whichever name you choose to use. I know as a mixed bunch of people there are going to be believers and non believers among us.  But I am interested if anyone has, Covid permitting sought or thought of contacting a medium with a view to trying to 'communicate' with their loved one ?

  • I’ve thought about seeing a psychic or medium a few times. It’s one of those things that’s hard to explain, but I think many people, myself included, feel that pull to connect with loved ones who’ve passed on. I know some people are skeptical, but I’ve heard some positive, comforting stories from friends who have gone, so I get the appeal.

  •  Hi Pooka,

Yes I use an online Psychic. She is good and mostly everything she has told me has been correct and at times has actually happened. I used her services all the way through my late husband's cancer journey. She saw him come through some things which he did but unfortunately he passed and she saw this happening. I asked her if he would have seen out Christmas 2023 and she said it was a `possibility` that he would see my little granddaughters 3rd birthday in September that year but wasn't too clear on his journey after that. Unfortunately he passed in June in 2023. A few times she has told me he is at peace now and is happy where he is back with his family and friends gone before and `visits` me often moreso on special occasions she says like birthdays, anniversaries Christmas etc. I have been having some very vivid dreams about him recently where he has been there as well as my mum and dad whether this is what she means by `visits` I don't know.  Sometimes they are not always `accurate` and I think at times they don't get things right  As I say things she told me did happen either through her accuracy or just coincidence but when my sister got a bowel cancer diagnosis two months after Jay (my husband) passed same as he had. She saw her pull through and come out the other side which she has and is making great progress in her recovery. She told me that her diagnosis was not as extensive as Jay's and that because she is more `clean living` (doesn't drink/smoke/eat junk food) her diagnosis was easier to treat. My sister's tumour turned out to be very small and it was a case of just taking her in cutting it out and there was no need for post chemo or radiotherapy. When I now feel on edge about something I go on and consult her. i feel she doesn't tell you anything that she doesn't see and makes things up and is quite thorough with her readings.  I think its up to the individual how they view things like this. Best Wishes to you moving forwards
