My mums just passed and im confused and angry

Hi all im very new to this i lost my mum 18 dec 2021 1wk before xmas devasted as especially we never had a good relationship even uptil the day she died but i still treid messaging everyday and theny sister gave me that dreaded call to say she was gone so heartbroken its surprised me the way i am considering she wasnt there and now ive been trying to go to chappel of rest so i can get clousre d im being told they might not let me in so confused and angry i feel like i cant move on with my life till i get closure

I am sorry to read of your loss.

Have you spoken to the undertaker to ask what the policy is?

Everyone is scared of this new covid strain, if it gets into a business they can be out of business.

Have you had any jabs? this can help if you can prove you have been jabbed.

Give them a call but try not to lose your cool, be calm and polite.

If you are not allowed in can you speak to your family?

You will always know you sent the messages.

Im waiting on my mum to get moved to funeral home but my sister waiting for assessment to get help for funds
