I am sorry to read of your loss.
Have you spoken to the undertaker to ask what the policy is?
Everyone is scared of this new covid strain, if it gets into a business they can be out of business.
Have you had any jabs? this can help if you can prove you have been jabbed.
Give them a call but try not to lose your cool, be calm and polite.
If you are not allowed in can you speak to your family?
You will always know you sent the messages.
