I lost my 50 year old husband at the end of August and we celebrated his life this time last week.
Today I just can’t stop the tears flowing .. I can’t believe how sad and emotional I am today.
i went for a walk … cried on and off the whole way. Went to our favourite coffee shop and cried into the cup. Cried in the supermarket…. Cried during my run …. Sat here sobbing as I type this.
Tomorrow has to be a better day x
