Side effects of cancer drugs

I’ve had breast cancer and am taking letrozole, i’m not happy with the Soddy effects, brain fog, hot flushes and no energy . I’m feeling like stopping the tablets. Io tried tamoxifen and anastrozole, same side effects. Do these go away in time .
