Secondary brain, what now?

I started my journey 18 months ago. Started with S4 bowel with liver metastases. 2 liver resections, bowel resection with permanent stoma. Was all well at end march 2020. Told this week that I now have secondary brain, devastated.

I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH T1 GRADE 3 BLADDER CANCER ,STARTED BCG TREATMENT .I HAVE A HOLIDAY COMING UP FOR 3 WEEKS WHICH WILL INTERRUPT MY 6 WEEK TREATMENT .HAS ANY ONE ELSE DELAYED THEIR 6 WEEK TREATMENT PLEASE .THANKS
