I have only recently found out that cancer is regarded as a disability at work, so I have been assessed and had some adjustments made which are making life a bit easier.
My old hard seat has been replace with a memory foam one which has been tailor made for me! Plus I now have more flexibility regarding breaks and performance targets.
So guys don't get stressed - get assessed.
