I have always liked this song but it seems apt for many of us who have, have had or know people with cancer.

Please have a listen...maybe you can come back with a song that means something to you at a time when things have seemed unfair or songs that inspire you when you need that feeling that you are not alone.

Maybe if there are enough songs then I can put together a MacMillan "Songs of Inspiration" CD together. Maybe a way to raise some money for the cause.

My favourite songs which I will also get Played when I kick the Bucket Is "The ying tong song" by Spike Milligan and the Goons.and " Always look on the Bright side of Life"

morning peter, one of my favourite songs since acquiring ca. is by Chris Rea called lets dance. When I was going through the think of it I used to put it on full blast and do just what the music says - dance (very badly). Another one was by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Tyrrell called 'Aint no mountain high enough' Soppy I know but that one used to get my very very best friend and her daughter/my daughter/me jumping around like babboons. Good blog today young man, gets me thinking about good times. Take care, Ann xx

Two great songs for me is 'Ain't going down till the sun comes up' and 'The Dance' both by Garth Brooks, Oh and not forgetting 'Bat outta Hell' by Meatloaf, very apt for me and anyone else thats rides a motor bike...Love Carol x
