struggling

Hi all, no reply to my asking if anyone else has spinal stenosis caused by the bones crumbling trapping the nerves. My op is due on 19th but at the moment I am struggling with the pain. I would love to know if anyone else has had op and can reassure me that the pain will go. Also any tips to cope. Difficult to stay cheerful when it hurts to move.

Sorry to see you are not having much luck getting information about spinal stenosis treatment. Maybe instead of the Bone Secondary Group you would be better joining and posting a New Discussion in the Breast Secondary Group (link) I'm sure a couple of the ladies there have mentioned this in the past so could hopefully pass on some information about it.

Nothing worse than back pain when you are trying your hardest to keep mobile :(

I will try that, had assumed that as I have bone cancer that would be the best site. Just had a phone call from a good friend and that has cheered me up.
