Hi all, no reply to my asking if anyone else has spinal stenosis caused by the bones crumbling trapping the nerves. My op is due on 19th but at the moment I am struggling with the pain. I would love to know if anyone else has had op and can reassure me that the pain will go. Also any tips to cope. Difficult to stay cheerful when it hurts to move.
