There will be no surgery. The sniper does not have clear shot, or rather there are too many shots to be taken.
“Do not go gentle into that good night”
The Monster is embedded well into its lair. It has dug more trenches. Nine. Ten. More.
To take a shot would prove fruitless. Dangerous.
But the battle is not over. There is still a war to be fought.
“Rage, rage against the dying of the light”
Chemical warfare once again will be waged. A small device will be inserted so that the vile poison can be administered.
“Do not go gentle into that good night”
The Monster has raised the stakes. It has established a new foothold. It thinks its position is strong.
“Rage, rage against the dying of the light.”
The poison will seep into the trenches. It will move just as stealthy as did the Monster.
It will not matter that the poison will cause some casualties. It will not matter that it will wreak havoc upon the very vessel that it seeks to protect. It will make its attack with such force as to quiet the Monster. Determination and Resolve will carry it through.
“Do not go gentle into that good night.”
