Oh dear not a good day today Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy day. Long day for other half and he now feeling very tired and we are only in week 2, dreading the Christmas week, I have a feeling he is going to be really tired and fed up.
Over the weekend he started to develop spots on his neck and face and he stated that his face and neck felt itchy.
After todays session the spots are worse, he is using E45 cream, not applying as often as I think he should, he a bit tetchy at the moment so trying hard not to say vey much. His throat is beginning to get sore and his voice is definitely weakening and he sounds really hoarse.
He got a long week this week as will be attending radio on Saturday as well as week days hence; only one day off before the next 4 days for Chemo on Monday and radio until Christmas Eve followed by 3 days break over the Christmas weekend, I think he will be ready for this as the journey alone is quite tiring..
