Just as I got my head round being pencilled in for this Friday I got a call saying it won't happen and I'm booked in for the 7th October, two weeks later on the Saturday. They are booking the staff cos they don't normally work Saturday. I hope that 'weekend effect' is not true. Now I have nearly three weeks to get ready. I have put in for a Macmillan grant. I hope it comes through. It would make all the difference.
