First full day without catheter. I have to remind myself not to do too much or walk too fast. The nurse said it easy to remember when the catheter is there to remind one but easily forgotten once it is out. She's right. I found myself pounding up the road to the shop and had to force myself to go slow. I've always been a fast walker so it is hard but I'm also a good nagger so I will try to remember to nag myself. My urine is lovely and clear but seems to run around a bit on coming out, I expect this will go back to normal soon. Started my pelvic floor exercises again last night. I've been doing them for nearly forty years, since I had my boys so they should be back in shape soon. As it is I've had no leakage, I'm wearing a Tena just in case. All in all, I've been very lucky so far, I pray my luck holds when I get my results in a few weeks. Good luck to anyone with appointments or procedures today.
