Three days done, three doses of chemo complete and I still feel pretty normal.
I don't know if I'm meant to be sick by now but I don't care, just grateful for the days I feel good.
Physio came to see me and I've got a daily workout to complete!
I've got some lung damage due to previous chemo and the physio explained that keeping the muscles working is the best thing for lungs and to prevent infection. Suppose it makes sense. She ran through my exercise routine, teaching me to squat etc, I'm sure my husband (who is a personal trainer) would have paid to watch me try and squat again.....it's been a long time from I was in the gym!
Was wondering how I was going to fit this workout into my strict routine of Jeremy Kyle, This Morning and Loose Women but promised the physio I'd try my best!
So off I went this morning on my workout, legs were a bit sore after but felt better.
My brother started his injections today to boost his stem cells, he got the first one this morning in my hospital and came up to visit me on the ward, well, you'd think hed been shot in the stomach the way he came in (Sorry Kevin if you're reading)
Very proud of him though, and forever grateful he is saving my life!
Nothing else to report, enjoy your Friday, 6 hours to Love Island
