At just over a year since my first TURBT operation I had a second cystoscopy. The first cystoscopy was clear but this one showed that I have a recurrence of bladder cancer with a small tumour in a different part of the bladder, near the exit. Within two weeks I have undergone a second TURBT operation which took place on 4th April. I was in hospital overnight and came home yesterday. So far I have had minimal pain and no difficulty in passing urine. I am now in the period of waiting for a couple of weeks for the histology results to know how serious is this latest growth.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
