Long time waiting

Less than one minute read time.

Hi ive not been on here for months now... i had 2 benign solitary fibrous tumours in neck discovered in January 25 - it has taken months of decisions and then i had my operation planned in november unfortunately the afternoon before I had a call to say it was cancelled due to lack of itu bed but they wanted me to have an up to date mri and ct...

Two weeks later appointment with consultant- was told ct had shown a couple of bumps in lungs..he would discuss at mdt and get back to me,so anxiously waited each day to hear back.... eventually call came and there are 3 'things' showing in lungs so now waiting fir video call with thoracic surgeon who thinks he can get them out so my surgery on neck can be done in January-so now my anxiety is doubled as I worry this could be Cancer! Although 'googling' lots of people have 'bumps' just never get picked up and are usually benign... anyone out there got any advice on how to deal with all this worry and awful anxiety.. xx
